Amy played basketball for the University of South Carolina. Lee played for the Athlete's In Action 1992 summer missions basketball team in the Philippines and Thailand. What made you decide to become a college minister? As a college student my life was impacted through College Ministry. I had been in the party scene from my sophomore year of high school until my sophomore year of college when I realized God had a better, more exciting and purposeful plan for my life than the one I was pursuing. It is my desire to introduce students to Jesus Christ and help them experience a life of meaning and purpose as well. What does the BCM have that students need? Meaningful relationships! Other students are going through many of the same struggles, pressures and experiences. A personal relationship with Christ and fellowship with His people helps us get through them together. What advice do you have for college students? Seek first the Kingdom of God! Love Him with all your heart and surround yourself with godly men and women who will encourage you to live a life that honors Him!
